Why Change The Stigma?
In January of 2023, at 19 years old, I had been living with undiagnosed OCD for about 2 1/2 years before I was given a confirmed diagnosis. And now that I have it, all I want to do is help people through anything that could be similar to my story and what I’ve been through.
For the people who think they know what OCD may be, please take the time to read through everything. I’m confident you’ll learn something completely new about a mental health disorder that has been overly stigmatized for as long as I can remember.
For the people reading this who have OCD, whether you are already in the process of getting help or not, I only hope I can help you more with your journey.
